Order Fulfillment & Delivery
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful.
Production time:
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill.
Estimated shipping times:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Where will my order ship from?
Printful has global production partners, so your order will ship from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are not under our control and are charged by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the import process.
Returns & Refunds
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@cheekymonday.com with:
A description of the issue
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
We will resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Important:
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size/color
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Nor does it apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
As such, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Exchanges and Sizing
We do not offer exchanges. To help avoid sizing issues, please refer to the sizing chart available on each product page.
Ticket Sales for Events
We do not sell event tickets directly on our website. Instead, we provide direct links to official ticket platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster) for any Cheeky Monday events. For ticketing issues, refunds, or general inquiries, please refer to the policies of the ticketing platform.
